- Previous Banking experience required.

- 5+ years on the ability to guide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile/Waterfall principles.

- 5+ years on stakeholder management. Sets agenda and defines the artifacts needed for governance forums; Collects feedback from customers and stakeholders to measure the effectiveness of stakeholder management

responsibilities:
- This role ensures the impediments are resolved quickly, the team follows their agreed to processes, and that there is a good relationship between the Product Owner and the development team. They promote and coach the Agile mindset and principles, empowering the team to become self-managing and fulfill their cross functional potential.
