Our client, a highly respected New York City real estate boutique, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its growing practice.
\n
This is a unique opportunity to represent high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, and sophisticated buyers and sellers in some of New York City's most prestigious residential transactions, including luxury homes, condominiums, cooperatives, townhouses, and estates valued at up to $50 million .
\n
The ideal candidate is an accomplished real estate attorney who combines strong technical skills with exceptional client service and the confidence to advise discerning clients throughout every stage of the transaction.
\n
Responsibilities
\n
\n
Handle sophisticated residential real estate transactions from contract through closing.
\n
Represent buyers, sellers, lenders, and investors in luxury residential acquisitions and dispositions.
\n
Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, amendments, and closing documents.
\n
Coordinate with brokers, lenders, title companies, managing agents, and opposing counsel.
\n
Guide clients through board applications, due diligence, financing, and closing logistics.
\n
Deliver responsive, white-glove service to high-net-worth clientele.
\n
\n
Qualifications
\n
\n
J.D. and active New York bar admission.
\n
4+ years of residential real estate transactional experience.
\n
Significant experience handling luxury home, condominium, cooperative, and townhouse transactions.
\n
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
\n
Strong interpersonal and client relationship skills with the professionalism and executive presence to work directly with affluent and sophisticated clients.
\n
Ability to independently manage a high-volume closing practice while maintaining exceptional client service.
\n
